Some generic comments to help you with your final projects …
- In Soundslides, choosing the black template will make your images look much better. The white tends to draw the eye away from the images and make them look underexposed.
- If your captions are short but the gray box is large, you probably have a few returns sitting in there. Go to the caption window, go to the end of your caption and mash the delete key a bunch – that will take out any extra space.
- Additionally, for your slideshows, make sure none of your subject’s contact info is in there and your credit/contact info is ONLY in the credit box
- You can use images from your story in your portfolio, but you cannot have the same or substantially similar images in both.
